Built in England, Newcastle, this heavily armed Jaeger was moved to the Anchorage Shatterdome, manufactured specifically for supporting front line Jaeger’s as it provides support from long distances. LionHeart Gold was an experiment that intertwined analogue and digital mechanisms, armed with triple-core nuclear reactors, the main role of these reactors is to provide raw energy as ammunition to supply the main lethal weapons it has at its disposal.

Whilst its main cannons hoisted on its back provide long ranged support, on its arms are triple barrelled blasters that engage enemies at all ranges, but are most deadly at close range. LionHeart Gold’s arms are rotatable, whilst its arm blasters are the primary weapons, these can be swapped around for fully adjustable hands for close range combat with Kaiju, though due to the cannons, LionHeart’s arms and legs are not as agile as other Jaeger, this is to shield the Jaeger from the heavy recoil that comes from wielding such potent firepower. So hand to hand combat is not Lionheart’s main strategy, however due to the blasters being swapped out for hands, the blasters can be fired in tandem with the arms to allow the arms to be thrown forward with great force and measure, this technique stems from the ‘elbow rocket’ , found on other Jaeger’s liKe Gypsy Danger. It is worth noting that when firing the blasters in this way, projectiles are not thrown backwards, and act more like thrusters, preventing collateral damage from misdirect blaster fire.

Due to LionHeart Gold’s preference at being at long ranges, 4 main high-powered optics are located on its head, allowing for unprecedented zoom and visual clarity, previously used on NASA satellites, LionHeart is able to scope out Kaiju at very long ranges, and with enhanced sensors, able to hunt them underwater. LionHeart utilises many other smaller scopes to track other events and variables, using a sophisticated AI to handle the large amount of data, processed to give the two rangers engaged in neural bridge vital information to support other Jaeger’s whilst providing critical analysis of Kaiju locations and strategies.

It also has twin howitzers on its forehead, used to distract and target precise weak points on a Kaiju body, accompanied with long golden wings, to confuse Kaiju during storms or underwater.

LionHeart only requires one of its nuclear cores to function with all body parts, the other two are utilised for optics and weapons, in worst case scenarios, the nuclear cores are able to be ejected and used as time bombs, Lionheart was built heavily armoured however its joints are exposed and are critical weak points if Kaiju are able to access these areas.

The names of its rangers are classified and wish to be respected for their actions and not be known as ‘rockstars’, they keep to themselves but respect their fellow pilots greatly.
